A little more about me...
Hello, I’m Nichola and I founded Nichola Freer HR Solutions as I have a huge passion for working with people – I’d made it my career for over 30 years!! However, it became more important than ever for me to step outside of the corporate world and set up on my own to be able to work directly with businesses who need the kind of HR support that I can provide, so I took the plunge and have never looked back!
I’ve had some clients call me their HR Superhero as I’ve worked with them on a whole range of HR challenges - taking them from HR pain to pleasure.
Small and medium-sized businesses, in particular, have a complex range of HR compliance and regulation, as well as special projects and people needs that require support, signposting and dedicated HR expertise. That’s where I come in. I can bring efficiency and pleasure to your HR function, removing those pain points and uncertainty.
