The cost of getting any employee process or intervention wrong can be very costly and time-consuming. Employers are good at running their business, however, most are not HR experts.

Employing HR expertise for your business can be costly. An HR Manager could set you back in the region of £40,000pa. And anyhow, your business may not require permanent HR support. My retained support packages give an employer the peace of mind that sound advice is only a phone call (or email) away. And with unlimited telephone support, you do not have to worry about sticking to a set number of calls and/or going over your limit and having to pay extra charges!

An annual HR Health Check is also included as a standard in the packages, so you are fully aware of where the HR risks and exposure lay within your business. You can then choose to use some or all of the HR support time, where applicable*, to implement agreed recommendations.

* HR support time is not included within the ‘HR Ready’ package

Can’t find a package to suit you?

If there is something missing, or a service you want more of, then I work with clients to create a bespoke package by adding to and/or deleting any of the inclusions stated so that you receive the service that is exactly right for your business.  

I am that confident you will love the service, I ask for just 2 months’ notice if you want to terminate the package - no long-term commitment is needed. My clients find that once they partner with me, they wonder how they ever managed without!
