HR Health Check

Your employees are your most valuable resource, and the Health Check will help ensure that you have all of their needs covered. This program is a must for any employer! The Health Check is an invaluable tool in understanding your human resources risks and can provide you with key insights as to how to reduce them.

The Health Check can be completed face to face at your premises or can be done remotely via a Zoom / Teams link.

Within 10 working days of the Health Check being completed, you will receive a report highlighting the HR risks within your business along with recommendations for improvement.  We can then agree as to how I can assist you to develop your systems and processes, either on a pay as you go basis, allowing you to choose how much, or how little support you require, or through one of the retained support packages, leaving you truly ‘HR happy’!
